The enemy tried to stir up guilt… by stirring up my past…
In the midst of feeling awful about things I’d done before Him… I remembered… I am not that person any more…
Not one cell in my body is physically the same… each one has been renewed since then…
Who I was… is also dead… crucified… right along with Christ…
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Galatians 2:20 ESV
So I fended of the haunting of my past with the truth of His Word… the sword of the Spirit…
And in Him… I am a new creation… all the old has passed away… the new in Him… has come…
Anyone in Christ… has the same promises…
