There is an unseen battle raging… between the world and heaven…

Most don’t recognize it… but its consequences are real…
Division…
Wounded hearts…
Sin…
Violence within… spiritual war raging without…
violent… marked by extreme force or sudden intense activity… notably furious or vehement… extreme, intense…

Spiritual war wounds are invisible… leaving heart and spirit… battered… broken…
Entering into the battle… is engaging the violence… with prayer…
You hear people called “prayer warriors” for a reason…
I spent extended time in battle recently…
Battling for His Kingdom…
Battling my own desires and thoughts…
Fighting for His Church…
At the end of the day… I was spent… battle-weary…
Most would say… looking from the outside… no work was done… no energy spent…
But my spirit says… and He says… it’s a battle… to be for Him… in a world decidedly bent against Him…
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
