Conceived from the Holy Spirit… the Spirit who hovered over creation in Genesis… bringing order out of chaos… conceived Jesus…
For 400 years prior to Mary’s pregnancy… and Joseph’s dream… the Holy Spirit was quiet… God… silent…
But now… Joseph is told… the Holy Spirit has conceived…
Joseph woke up to the power of the Holy Spirit and the work He conceives in our lives…
We too need to wake to the power of the Holy Spirit… One who births new things in the lives of Believers…
The body of Christ… the church… covered… influenced… empowered… by the Holy Spirit…
When we awake to this power in our lives… then we can wait well for His return…
His Spirit fills us with works for the world… labors drawing others to him… turning our focus onto the King…
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
