Counting calories… for the first time in several months… I consider the truth that frees…
And what does it free you from…?
Self-deception…!
All too easily… we lie to ourselves… make excuses… blame others… for our failures…
When in truth… the truth is… it frees us from all the lies…
Mainly the ones we tell ourselves…
What lies are you telling yourself of late…?
Because I can tell you one thing… the bathroom scale doesn’t lie…
