As the sun set yesterday… so did I…
Energy waning… as fast as the sun was setting…
I thought about Sabbath… the need for rest… and shut down…
Today… it’s been a struggle… wondering if I’m supposed to rest… or do… or what…
As the sun sets today… I feel like all I did was wrestle with the Sabbath…
Hopefully… I did what He wanted me to do… but for the most part… none of what I thought would get done was done…
So in the aftermath of what I now see as Sabbath wrestling… I’m grateful for His grace…
And he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.”
