Today… mostly a day… without expectations…
Even though there were things to do… places to be… expectations were laid down…
I waited… listened… stayed open to what came… or didn’t…
It was different… really not too hard… and it became one of those days… with unexpected joy…
For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you.
