Settling in on expectations usually makes me pouty… moody… disappointed…
I suffered from some yesterday… on a day when things just didn’t get done how I wanted them to…
Today… I fight expectations as I wait… try not to have a single one… but it’s HARD…!
Finding myself praying… Your will be done… because I really don’t know what else to pray…
And fighting to trust Him… rather than settling in on expectations… I suppose there’s no better prayer to pray…
Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
