At first sight… laughter burst forth…
I think it hurt his feelings… but the laughter wasn’t at his effort… joy erupted… as CS Lewis would say… I was surprised by joy…!
I hear these wild flowers on the table announce chosen love… beauty erupting from earth… arranged with care… by the father of my children…
The flowers blooming to glorify Him… I find bringing extra joy today… as He graces me in surprising… undeserving ways…
Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy… The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad.
