His quietness yesterday…
reminds today…
of a recent conversation…
A mother… grandmother…
asking His direction… guidance…
in dealing with a child’s broken family…
and all the heartache that comes with divorce…
She says… He’s quiet…
tears welling…
What does it mean…?
when He’s quiet…?
when you’re desperate…?
What do you do…?
when He seems not to answer…?
And I wonder if the quiet is His answer…
Wait… Trust… Believe I’m at work…
“Be still and know that I am God. …”
