This morning’s call to fast… began with a desire to argue…
but I considered Him… Wonder-full…
His ways unlike mine… His thoughts way beyond…
For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

So I surrendered…
knowing it will be good in the end…
knowing He has purpose in the call…
knowing He will provide the strength…
And the refrain… it began to echo in my spirit…

all to Thee my blessed Savior…
